ABOUT US

Recognizing a critical gap in the global conformity assessment infrastructure, several international owners of voluntary consensus-based conformity assessment schemes united to establish the International Scheme Owners Association (ISOA). Founded in 2025 as a non-profit entity, ISOA directly addresses the historical absence of a global scheme owner body, creating the necessary counterpart to the national, regional, and international associations of accreditation and certification bodies with whom members collaborate daily.

ABOUT US

ISOA is strategically headquartered in neutral Switzerland to ensure resilience against geopolitical crises and sanctions. Startup association membership fees are set at €5,000, which provides access to all membership meetings and includes a part-time manager to deal with daily affairs. A small daily management board is constituted on a pro bono basis in support of the Association.
